Boxer-Kerry

September 30th saw the introduction to The Senate of the latest climate change bill.  The bill, ‘The Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act’, is sponsored by Senators Kerry and Boxer and I am envisioning a lot of analysis and debate within the various internet discussion and blog boards.  To this end, I’ve added a continually updated RSS feed that scrapes a large number of reputable climate change sites for these articles.  Rather than search the internet yourself, you can just subscribe to the feed to be continually updated on the bill’s progress through The Senate.

Tonnes CO2e per capita (2008)

Tonnes CO2e per capita (2008)

With China now being recognized as the largest emitter yet still having the second smallest per capita emissions, we thought it interesting to compare projected emissions using identical per capita emissions.  [click to continue…]

Yahoo pipes for green news

by Jason Norman on September 7, 2009

  • Waxman-Markey bill
  • Upcoming Copenhagen talks
  • Wind energy developments
  • Developments in carbon trading [click to continue…]
